Effective documentation is a key function in executing our day-to-day business, allowing our customers to spend their time developing and selling new and better products.

This is not an easy task, it requires exceptional organizational skills and highly proactive engineering department to support it, ensuring daily that all information on all records is accurate and up to date.

For every project we build two files – a product portfolio and a production file. The product portfolio is an engineering department file, with all information regarding the customer functions and product design. The production file is for in-house purposes that more elaborate about steps and process in the production floor.

Any change or upgrade is recorded on both files with date change alongside with formal ECO or TEO in case of revision change.
